Epcon Communities Appoints Tracy Jenkins-Ellis as Vice President of Human Resources

DUBLIN, Ohio — Epcon Communities today announced that Tracy Jenkins-Ellis has joined the company as vice president of human resources, bringing more than two decades of experience leading people strategy, organizational transformation and culture-building initiatives for complex, multimarket organizations.

In this role, Jenkins-Ellis will provide strategic leadership and oversight of Epcon’s human resources and training functions, partnering with senior leadership to support the company’s mission and long-term business goals while continuing to strengthen Epcon’s people-first culture.

Jenkins-Ellis joins Epcon from Bath & Body Works, where she most recently served as assistant vice president of human resources. She is widely regarded as a trusted adviser to executive teams, with deep expertise in talent strategy, organizational design, leadership development, compensation and benefits, and change leadership.
